On March 10th, Anna's Apothecary will be hosting a Meditation Session guided by Steffany Suze Boucher

Please bring a yoga mat, comfy blanket, pillow to sit upon, and a bottle of water.

Steffany Boucher will be guiding the sessions. She is a Certified Sound Therapist and Meditation Practitioner, Artist and Educator. Steffany began her teaching path in fine arts in 2000 and began practicing meditation in 2001. Her practice EchoFrequency Studio is located in Manitou Springs, CO.
