She is the author of the bestselling book "Dead Man Walking" which sparked a national conversation around capital punishment and inspired a major motion picture.

Her latest book "River of Fire" is a memoir aimed at anyone interested in journeys of faith and spirituality, doubt and belief, and "catching on fire" to one's purpose and passion.

This talk (with a Q&A and book signing to follow) is free and open to the public.
