Kids, parents, and caregivers can move together with the poses, make silly noises, and dance freely during the class.

Please bring along a pillow or two and a yoga mat. Those with infants are welcomed to bring a "boppy" or breast-feeding pillow and can wear their infant in a sling for most of the poses.

This class is designed for children infant to age 8 with an adult. All experience levels welcome (beginners through advanced). Drop-ins welcome.
