Inviting all adult intermediate to advanced Ballet dancers. Pull up a chair or snag a countertop to follow along for a Ballet barre class fit for small spaces.

Every Monday our specialized teachers will guide you through barre work to lengthen, stretch, and engage your muscles finishing the class with simple center floor exercises.

We will utilize Zoom as our class streaming system. Zoom is free to download and can be operated via desktop computer, tablet, or mobile device.
