Old Colorado Historical Society will be celebrating the Founding of Colorado City, as well as the 40th Anniversary of the Historical Society! With guest speakers, OCCHS will highlight some of the founding members of the Historical Society.

While you eat, drink and celebrate with us, you will be lured into Colorado City's local history with the Book Launch of local historian and author Suzanne Schorsch's newest book: Colorado City History --Through the Eyes of the Iris.

The book will be available for sale at the event, where you will have the opportunity to meet and talk with the author herself.
