Arts Month Community Conversation: Dance, Soft Skills, and Saving the World

Arts Month Community Conversation: Dance, Soft Skills, and Saving the World

Presented by Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region at Online/Virtual Space

Our bodies possess a profound quiet knowledge – if we listen. Cultivating this listening is a potent antidote to many of societies’ ills. Inwardly, towards ourselves, and outwardly, with our community, dance can be a mechanism for radical kindness and with this conversation, we hope to explore the impact of physical expression as a catalyst for change in the modern world.

Moderator
Jordan McHenry, Executive Director - Colorado Springs Dance Theatre

Panelists
Jeni Kemper, Founder/Artistic Director - Kemper Dance Academy
Aoi Koenig, Dancer & Teacher - Ormao Dance Company
