In this class we’ll make these flavor packed enchiladas that are sure to please.  Learn how to make our house red sauce that is perfect for freezing and using in other recipes - and take some home.  We’ll also be teaching the classic multi-step method of making perfect enchiladas that don’t fall to pieces!

Learn how to make this delicious recipe that you’ll repeat over and over again at home. This is hands-on class. This class is taught in our workshop format. Each group of 2 will make all of the recipes and share the bounty! This class is vegetarian.
