Eric Swab and the Manitou Springs Heritage Center present a Virtual Program, “The Summit of Pikes Peak."

This virtual presentation is about the structures occupying the summit of America’s Mountain. Did you know in 1873 a U.S. Army Signal Station (an early Weather Bureau) monitored weather on the summit of Pikes Peak? Learn more about the Signal Station and the Peak’s three Summit Houses together with the opening of the fourth Summit House in 2021.
