Guamanian Cuisine is a cuisine that is rich with tons of old world indigenous pacific island ingredients and mentality mixed with a blend of European, Asian, and American (north/central) influences. In this class we are going to talk about how these influences led to modern day Chamorro cooking and make two delicious island staples!

This is an online, live & interactive cooking class. Gather will provide a recipe kit with the ingredients, available for pick up or you can choose to shop on your own. Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Each recipe serves 4.
