From how to make stock to why a sauce is the perfect compliment to a composed plate, this class will make boost your sauce confidence and you’ll be cooking like a French Saucier at home in no time!

In this sauce workshop, we will be exploring Contemporary Sauces.  This is an online, live & interactive cooking class. There will be no recipe kits for this class as it is a lecture/demonstration – however Gather will provide an in-depth Sauce Workbook!
