Our last duck class was so popular that we are doing another one! This time join Dave and learn how to make the French classics, Duck au Poivre and Fondant Potatoes! Peppercorn crusted and perfectly seared, this duck breast is meant to impress and complimented by rustic, crusty, roasted potatoes.  Round it all out with seared green beans with a quick vinaigrette and you have a meal meant for a King and Queen!

This is an online, live & interactive cooking class. Gather will provide a recipe kit with the ingredients, available for pick up or you can choose to shop on your own.  Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. There are two recipe kit options: recipe kit 2 or recipe kit for 4!
