Quiche the Cook!
Hippity-hoppity, here comes Easter! It’s the perfect time to get your quiche on. In this class we’ll be teaching Cortney’s fail-proof butter crust, with an egg-cellent custardy filling. Learn how to blind bake your crust to avoid a soggy bottom and use creative fillings for a not-so boring quiche. We’ll review blind baking, pie crust tips and trick, practice rolling and crimping – and that’s just to get started. Learn how to make a quiche you will be proud of!
This class is Gather workshop style; you will share a station with a partner, but each make your very own pie to take home!
