The 5th Annual Colorado Short Circuit Film Festival will be a Virtual Event starting 6 a.m. Friday, March 26 through 11 p.m. Sunday, March 28.

Over 50 independent Colorado-based films including 4 Features and 53 Shorts will be presented in our first Virtual Film Festival Event.  You can choose from 12 Blocks of films for only $10 per block or purchase a VIP Pass to include all 12 blocks for $50.

Categories include Comedy, Drama, Documentary, Experimental, Music Video, and Animation. Special Blocks include Women in Film featuring work from women filmmaker whose ages range from 17 to 75, and 2020: Year of the Pandemic featuring films inspired by the events of an incredibly challenging year.

For the first time ever because of our all-virtual environment, we are able to present Four Feature Films in our lineup including Three Festival Premieres. The Award-Winning Comedy, “Army & Coop” from Denver Filmmaker Dennis Hefter.  The premiere of “HERO”, the new documentary from Colorado Springs Filmmaker, Ash Kreis.  The premiere of “Riddle Me This”, a Suspense/Drama from Colorado Springs Filmmaker, Wesley Clark. And the premiere of the Romantic/Drama “The Spectacular Mind of MacKenzie Banks” from award winning Filmmaker, Nathaniel Shields.

You will also be able to view pre-recorded Q&A’s with the Filmmakers, and a Special Award Ceremony which will be available on Sunday Evening.

You have a full three days to watch all the films so you can take your time over the weekend in the comfort of your home to enjoy the work of the Colorado Independent Film community.
