Join Dave as he breaks out the Black Garlic Machine (yes, that’s a real thing) and talks about the process of making black garlic, learn how the Maillard reaction is process responsible and why black garlic is mistakenly referred to as “fermented” garlic. Then we cook with it! You will also take home a package of black garlic!
This is a hands-on class. This class is taught in our 2x4 format – we’ll split up into groups of 2 and each twosome will tackle one recipe. We’ll package up some of each recipe for everyone to try!
