We’re so excited to have Stephanie of Steffi’s Confections join us as a guest instructor! In this fun Friday night class you’ll learn how to make breakfast danish and pastries that you can take home for Saturday morning! This class will feature an easy and foolproof danish dough recipe where we will explore a variety of shapes and uses as well as several options for fillings including apple turnovers, berries and cheese, cinnamon, and Bavarian cream. These will be the perfect variety for your next brunch!

This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your own pastries to take home!
