If you love sushi, or even just like it a little, chances are that at one point in your life you’ve had a California Roll.  This California (or maybe Vancouver) specialty is an inside out roll (originally said to be done to keep Americans from picking off the nori sheet) combined with Surimi and avocado. We will pair this with the classic Shogun dip of Yum Yum sauce. This is an online, live & interactive cooking class.

Gather will provide the recipes, shopping list, prep and equipment list 7 days prior to your class. Food will be cooked in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Each recipe serves 4.
