Have you always wanted to learn how to make tortillas at home? In this class we go a step beyond just tortillas and learn how make two different recipes sing this humble corn flour. We’ll cover how to use dry masa as well as learn how to use a premade masa that you can find at local Latin markets. Learn how to make delicious tortillas and how to form perfect sopes in this fun class. The Cortney whips up two of her favorite salsas for you to use with our delicious creations.

This class will be taught in our workshop format.  You will share a station with a partner but make your very own items to take home or enjoy in the Gather garden.
