Get your rolling pins ready! This month Stephanie is taking you on a journey into the depths of pastry. Learn how to make your own phyllo. Yeah, you heard it right! Then bake your flaky phyllo into delicious pecan/pistachio baklava with local Colorado honey. While it’s baking she’ll do a Turkish coffee demo that you can enjoy.

This class will be taught in our workshop format. You will share a station with a partner but make your very own items to take home or enjoy in the Gather garden. Ready…Set…Roll!
