This month the teens tackle the foundation of a dish – the SAUCE! In this class they will learn how to make two different styles of sauce and two recipes that they can replicate at home. First we talk about how to make a simple, clean and delicious tomato sauce, then we sear up some chicken and learn how to make a pan sauce. This is a hands on class.
