Our weekend concert series kicks off with the Star Festival, featuring the musical stylings of Chiquis and Lupillo Rivera, as well as Flor Amargo, Los Rieleros del Norte, Rocio y Su Sonora Concierto to create a tapestry of Latin music sure to bring summer in Downtown Colorado Springs to life.
