AGES 8-13 | Learning & Performing 'Seussical'

Students will ‘workshop’ Seussical – a musical-comedy based on the many works of Dr. Seuss – from the first audition to the final curtain call. Students will get a crash course in the experience of being in a musical through studies in audition techniques and character development, all the way through a final performance. Students will leave knowing exactly how to attack their next musical theatre role. In a short ensemble presentation from the week’s work, students will be able to put their new knowledge on display on the final day.

WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, a snack, ½” binder with paper, pencil & highlighter.

AGES 14-18 | Learning & Performing 'Godspell'

Students will ‘workshop’ Godspell – a classic, award-winning musical based on the gospel according to St. Matthew – from the first audition to the final curtain call. Students will get a crash course in the experience of being in a musical through studies in audition techniques and character development, all the way through a final performance. Students will leave knowing exactly how to attack their next musical theatre role. In a short ensemble presentation from the week’s work, students will be able to put their new knowledge on display on the final day.
