Spring is happening on the farm! Life is happening! We’re welcoming baby goats, tending to the greenhouses, and connecting with the earth, right here in Manitou Springs.

Off the mat and onto the Farm Yoga… Practice with the animals and plants, with the guidance of Mother Nature on our beautiful six acre farm.

Be sure to bring water and wear walking shoes.

Please meet at the Rockledge House located at 328 El Paso Boulevard. Go through the big gate, follow the winding path up the drive, and park in any available space.
