“Witness” is a collection of works in all mediums inspired by moments of everyday life.

When captured in the right place and at the right time, a seemingly mundane moment can become exceptional. This call for entries asked artists to create works that candidly depict a person or people amid their daily lives from a first, second, or third person perspective.

In our current milieu of reality television, body/dash cams, and working from home, we ask: how are we interacting with each other, how are we recording these interactions, and how does an artist respond? Works will reflect a specific point of view as well as a sense of place and time.

We invite you to bear witness to the moments deemed captivating enough to be captured by the artists in our exhibition. Opening reception August 6th, 5-8pm, show on display through August 28th during normal business hours.
