Families are invited to this Spring Break "bath" for the senses and the imagination! Explore the fun and wonder of nature close up on a mindful Forest Bathing/Shinrin-Yoku walk among the animals, creek and trees at historic Rock Ledge Ranch.

Unplug, unwind and join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon for this peaceful wander with simple activities to immerse in nature's treasures in a new way. Maybe you'll even try some tea brewed from forest plants! Dress for the weather!

Meet at the Gazebo by the large dirt parking lot on 30th St., adjacent to Rock Ledge Ranch. Restrooms available near the trailhead.
