The idea of forest bathing is to settle into a space and connect our bodies to the natural world.
Step out of the stress and give yourself a Spring Break gift of mindful time among the pines in a quiet area of Ute Valley Park. Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon on a 1.5 mile Forest Bathing/Shinrin-Yoku walk with simple invitations for quieting the mind, awakening the senses and exploring the wonders of a small area in a big way.
Enjoy connecting closely with yourself, others and the natural world through this wellness practice rooted in Japan that is gaining popularity worldwide. Our time will close with a healing tea ceremony using native plants.
