Directed by Jodi Papproth, this girl-powered dramedy takes place during the French Revolution’s Reign of Terror. The show introduces four real & remarkable women: a playwright, a spy, an assassin, and a former queen. Playwright Olympe de Gouges (Kala Roquemore) feels the pressure to create something profound while speaking out for gender equality. Haitian rebel Marianne Angelle (Desireé Myers) needs to confront France’s exploitation and enslavement of her people. Charlotte Corday (Erin Ambroz) is determined to assassinate Jean Paul Marat, a leader of the Reign of Terror. Marie Antoinette (Sarah Sheppard Shaver) wants to save her tarnished legacy. Watch these heroines join forces to beat back bloodthirsty extremists while fighting for representation of their own.
