Introducing Krasno from Slovenia:

We've hosted a couple wines from Slovenia on the list for some time now, Krasno being one of them. Krasno operates as a co-op of 384 growers over 2,500 acres. Every single grape is hand-harvested, and every single bottle is estate fruit. Many prestigious wine makers are involved with the facility including Edi Simcic.

Similar to the Bodegas Garzon dinner last year, Krasno boasts a quality, high value line-up that we'll pair with food over 6 courses.

• Sparkling Ribolla Gialla
• Brda White Blend (Ribolla Gialla, Chardonnay, Sauvignonasse)
• Long Maceration White (Orange Wine: Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, Sauvignonasse)
• Pinot Noir
• Dry Red Blend (Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, Merlot)

Tickets include a tasting portion of each wine, and a tasting menu sized dish to pair with the food. We will be selling the wine during/after dinner so be prepared to stock your cellars with some obscure, high value wines.
