Each session will be led by an experienced chef and focus on preparing heart healthy meals that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Meals will be prepared and cooked in groups. Each session has a limited number of spots and registration is required.
Tired of eating the same thing on repeat all week? Join us to learn how to meal prep for multiple days without too much effort. In this class, you’ll get to make a foundational chicken recipe and then use it to complete other heart-healthy dishes, such as Oat Risotto with Mushrooms, Kale, and Chicken; and a delicious Green Apple Salad.
