In celebration of Arts Month 2022, expand your Culinary Arts skills with The Art of The Tart: Puff Pastry Workshop.

Do you want to learn how to make your own puff pastry?  Cortney walks you through step-by-step how to make this easier version of “rough” puff that you can make right at home! Learn how to laminate dough, then learn the best technique to get light, puffy layers in your very own homemade puff pastry.  Never buy the premade puff at the grocery store again!

This special online class is a demonstration, but includes 3 recipes for you to replicate at home! Feel free to make your rough puff pastry dough with Cortney, then finish it after class ends (or the next day!). This is a free, online demonstration. Recipes and Zoom link will be emailed out 24 hours prior to the class.
