Wines of France will feature 7 Courses of food by Ephemera and wine pairings to highlight regions of France, hand-selected by guest Sommelier Jarod Boyer. Boyer is a Colorado Springs native who has honed his craft between The Broadmoor and several Michelin-Starred staples in Chicago. A close industry friend of Chef Ian Dedrickson and the Ephemera team, Boyer is an inspired talent with the mutual goal of growing Colorado Springs’ culinary and beverage scene to a world-class esteem.
