Join us every Thursday for a yoga class taught by Kristine Urban. Her Hatha style Yoga classes are gentle, nourishing, upbeat, and accessible for all. She infuses Yoga philosophy, somatic techniques, astrology, and sound healing into every class. All are welcome!

Please BYOM (Bring your own mat), as we do have a limited number of mats to borrow. With the nicer summer weather, plan to meet at the trailhead for the Ridge Loop Trail.

You’ll find parking at the South Parking Lot (Parking Lot 10) and hike just a bit up the trail to find your class!
