You’re invited to a celebration of Solsage Food Truck’s two-year anniversary: a delicious gathering of master sausage makers from around the state to commemorate and compete in the age-old art of sausage making.
SausageFest 2022 is one of a kind in Colorado and being hosted by Colorado Springs’ largest veteran owned brewery, Red Leg Brewing Company! Accredited sausage companies from all over the state of Colorado have been invited to participate in a People's Choice sausage competition and a family-friendly festival to celebrate the industry and age-old art, with the help of other exceptional local vendors and products!
The festival will offer live music, sausage samplings, locally brewed craft beer, food samples, face painting, vendor goods, and tons of fun family-friendly activities.
SausageFest is all about showcasing the splendor of agricultural industries in Colorado and sharing our community's local businesses, stories and products with the large food conscious "foodie" community in Southern Colorado.
Join the fun for a People's Choice Sausage Cook-Off where you choose the winner of the coveted "Best Sausage in Colorado" award, gourmet food samplings from a variety of exceptional CO food vendors and other fun fall activities.

Tickets will be available for purchase online in advance on Monday, August 29th.
Online pre-sale tickets will be available until October 8th.
Tickets will be available at the gate.
10% of all ticket sales will be donated to the Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center of Colorado Springs.
Children 12 and under are free.
