SALT Contemporary Dance is the look of now, committed to providing audiences a front row seat to what is on the cusp of the evolution in dance. SALT showcases voices of progression and innovation by engaging choreographers from around the world to create original and accessible works. Drawing on the strong ballet technique and creative prowess of the seasoned performers, these choreographers experiment at the edges of what dance has been.

In just nine seasons SALT has already tripled in size and created a buzz not only nationally, but overseas. Concerts and events are routinely sold-out, surpassing expectations and breaking concepts of what audiences can expect from contemporary dance.
