Don’t miss The Chamber Orchestra of the Springs’ 7th year for our immensely popular Organ Spectacular!
Last year’s Organ Spectacular had our audience writing in to say it was “the best concert ever!” We continue our exploration of the amazing repertoire for organ and orchestra with some extra brass for even more impact. With a trio of the best organ soloists from our region, we’ll deliver three great works that will leave you asking, “Where has this music been all my life?” Rachel Laurin’s Organ Concerto figures very prominently, as Laurin’s organ pieces for children won the international competition for compositions for 2-octave organ, which young musicians can build and play as part of the “Pedals, Pipes & Pizza” event in conjunction with this banner weekend.
