Colonel Mustard’s Sandwich Emporium is hosting a Tribute to Mustard Gourmet Dinner Party to showcase the versatility of the world’s greatest condiment through every single course.

Diners will be greeted with a Dijon-inspired gin cocktail, a German pretzel, and a flight of gourmet mustards. A salad of fresh-tossed greens, grilled fennel and tart apples topped with a tangy mustard vinaigrette precedes the main course: mustard balsamic pork tenderloin. The juicy center cut, served with a roasted cauliflower mash, maple mustard-coated brussels sprouts and a flaky mustard roll, welcomes the fall season in grand style. Decadent chocolate lava cake with a surprise filling (any guesses?) and a scoop of the Colonel’s world-famous mustard ice cream cap the evening’s menu.
