'RECLAIM:' An Art & Meditation Installation

'RECLAIM:' An Art & Meditation Installation

Presented by Meditation 719 at Cottonwood Center for the Arts

Meditation 719 is hosting a unique art and meditation exhibit as Colorado Springs Artists explore this notion of 'RECLAIM' through their artistry. We will honor the strength and bounty of the human spirit to reconnect to what is most important. There will be lively discussions, thought provoking art by local artists, and a recorded meditation created for this installation. You can listen to the premier of the meditation at the event on headphones, as you explore your own interpretation and meaning around 'RECLAIM.'

This is an in person event and will be held on October 7 at Cottonwood Center for the Arts, Suite 223. Join us and share your story, explore the art, and take in the relaxing and contemplative space of the Meditation 719 studio.

The recorded meditation will be available on the website after the event, on the insight timer app under Meditation Teacher: Kerrie Lovins, and as a podcast on your favorite provider @onenessunfolding.
