Mindful lunches offer an opportunity to change the pace of your workday. Enjoy a 20 minute guided meditation midday to relax, focus, and support your well-being. No need to bring a mat, we provide meditation cushions, yoga mats, or comfortable chairs to suit your needs and reclaim your calm.
Doors close at 12:15 p.m. for the meditation. After class you are welcome to continue to hold mindful space, journal, read, or walk around and discover the art exhibits at Cottonwood Center for the Arts. Bring your own lunch and enjoy the beautiful weather on a bench outside or at one of our spots inside.
