I’m teaming up again with Tracey Garcia and Hippie Soul Yoga Studio to offer an amazing combination of an autumn meditation and a fresh flower arrangement workshop.

We will begin our time together with a short autumn-themed meditation led by Tracey Garcia. Autumn is the time to let go and release so that we might more confidently be able move forward from a place of acceptance. This meditation will use a guided visualization to help you free yourself from old stagnant thought, ideas and behaviors and make space for what awaits you in the next season.

After meditation, I will help you create a beautiful vase arrangement with fall flowers and foliage. There will be a wide selection of flowers and textures to create a glorious fall arrangement.

Tickets include a light snack and beverage. It will be a lovely way to rest and relax in the autumn season.
