Converge is hosting our very first conference. You read that right - a full day with our favorite thinkers.

Here’s the general idea of the conference: in 2022 we started doing a poetry therapy at local high schools (surely, you have heard of Take Five by now). And what we have been learning is actually fairly simple - if we pay attention to the natural world and if we pay attention to ways we can care for the natural world our lives feel sweeter, more in control, less chaotic. If we could get kids (and ourselves) off screens and into dirt our whole world felt more… possible.

To that end - we are bringing out the people (Karen Russell, Aimee Nezukhumatathil, and Robin Wall Kimmerer), who have always known that, whose writing is teaching us HOW to get into the dirt, who will help every single one of us imagine how we can love our world (and ourselves).
