Join us at Celestial Salt for a transformative Intention Setting Workshop with Jamie Nicholas founder of Mighty Mindful Beings. This workshop is all about celebrating the beauty that lies within and setting positive intentions for the New Year.

In this workshop, Jamie will open up with a wonderful guided meditation focused on relaxation and leading into release in order to open up our chakras and invite peace and clarity into our bodies and minds.

She will then guide the group on what it means to set an intention and open up for collaboration so each person feels loved, supported, and aligned with the intention they choose.

We will then create an intention box. This box will be decoupaged to match our intentions and be a tangible reminder to hold us to them for the New Year.
