Ayurvedic Sound Bath

Ayurvedic Sound Bath

Presented by Singing Bowls of the Rockies at Pikes Peak Metropolitan Community Church

For this sacred sound bath we will begin with a moment to connect the group, followed by a brief introduction to Ayurveda and then a discussion of intentions for the evening. Kris will guide you through a brief self-massage sequence of Vedic energy points for pain relief, digestion, and deep sleep w/ optional aromatherapy. With the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, gongs, and a peaceful voice, Gigi creates a harmonious soundscape where we can relax and be fully present. The sound bath is approximately 1 hour.

Information about special guest Kris Quinones: LMT, AHC, CYT500, a wellness & massage educator,  licensed muscular therapist, Kripalu certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and 500-hr Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, with over 25 years of professional experience in orthopedics, competitive sports, and natural healing.  She offers holistic, natural pain, inflammation & stress management strategies for committed adults who want to feel better, move better, and function better.
