In this class for kids aged 8 – 12, we will look at various types of adaptations that make animals the best at what they do.
Every animal has a unique set of skills and physical features that make them the best at living in their habitats; called adaptations.
In this class for kids aged 8 – 12, we will look at various types of adaptations that make those animals the best at what they do. Led by our Education Specialist Mike Bideau, each class will focus on one major type of adaptation and will have an experiment where we will try out what it is like to have those adaptations.
This month we will be looking at mimicry. Why do animals mimic each other? How does this help them survive?
