This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. Find peace in the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, chimes, drums, flute, and many other instruments as Gigi leads you through a restorative sound bath.

While lying down, we will begin our experience with a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system. You will walk out feeling relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

After our sound bath, Gigi will hold space for an herbal tea ceremony where we will be able to awaken from the sound bath and connect with the circle.
