Register your student (entering grades 4th-6th) for a one-week immersive history experience. The Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum (CSPM) works to build a lasting connection to the Pikes Peak region by preserving and sharing our cultural history.
Experience an activity-packed week exploring the fascinating world of museums. This immersive program will take your student behind the scenes of the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. Students will learn about our community’s history, connect with like-minded peers, and work on interpretive and public speaking skills. At the end of the week, families and friends are invited to the public Family Fun Day, where history will come to life through demonstrations and activities presented by campers.
This includes a t-shirt, admission and transportation for one field trip, and a pizza lunch on the final day. Participants must provide their own snacks and lunches Monday through Thursday.

Limited partial and full need-based scholarships are available. If you are interested in a scholarship, contact Meg Yevara, Program Coordinator, at meg.yevara@coloradosprings.gov prior to registering.
