The Tidal Breeze Hot Club Jazz Trio finds a sweet spot between jazz vocal standards and a fun, folksy, hot club vibe.  The Trio also plays a variety of jazz standards, Latin jazz, swing and New Orleans styles, and of course Hot Club.

Steve Nelson is a staple in the Manitou Springs area and through-out the Pikes Peak region.  Steve’s guitar playing is extremely versatile, including swing, gypsy jazz, bebop, contemporary jazz, blues, funk and rock.  Steve records, performs, and arranges for Bell Flowers, a local Indie/Alt rock band, and is a member of Zving, a local gypsy jazz band.

Trumpet / Flugelhorn player Terri Pederson leads Tidal Breeze Jazz Arts.  She has played with jazz greats Bill Watrous and Phil Urso, Singer Ernestine Anderson, and Entertainer Clint Holmes.

Early in her career, Valerie Rose embraced the San Francisco avant-garde art and music movement.  Travelling for 4 years with The Melodious Monks, Valerie played hundreds of shows from Key West to the northwest, and then spent 10 years playing ‘8 days a week’ at festivals and other venues.  A Manitou Springs resident, Valerie enjoys living at the base of Pikes Peak.  She plays jazz, swing, folk, blues and Grateful Dead fusion throughout the Front Range.
