Join the head distiller of 1350 Distilling, Phill Bragg, on a Gin-tastic tour covering the history, production and tasting of one of the world’s most popular spirits, Gin!.

The tour will begin with each member selecting a hand crafted gin cocktail from our menu. While sipping on their libation, Phill will take you on a tour back in time to the genesis of Gin, explore its rise and how it became the drink of choice for the working class, its eventual demise and how it has been resurrected as the spirit of choice for many craft libations.

Next you will tour the production facility and get a hands-on (and glass filling) look at how 1350 Distilling makes their award winning Wingman Gin. With luck, you will get some samples of “not for the general public” experiments and infusion. To wrap up the tour each you get to make your own gin by selecting from a panacea of botanicals and infusing them into our hand crafted spirits.

You can take this experiment home and try it once it is ready for drinking. You will leave the tour with a new found appreciation of this once maligned spirit, a take home experiment to drink at a later date, and a nice little buzz.
