Black Rose Acoustic Society begins the celebration of its 30th Season with Adam Gardino as the Feature Artist.
The first six concerts of Black Rose Acoustic Society’s 30th Anniversary year feature some of the more popular artists we’ve had on our stage over the years.
None better to start with than Adam Gardino who since 2005 has been an “up-and-coming” fingerstyle guitarist, musician, and songwriter in the Pikes Peak region.
His style combines the smoothness of James Taylor and the energy of Brad Paisley to deliver exciting, jaw-dropping performances.
His attention to the intricacies of acoustic guitar arrangements, delivered with a voice as clear as his mountain roots continues to wow audiences today.
Adam grew up in the Black Rose Community, taking Classes, joining Jams and even performing as a youth.
In 2012, at only 23 years of age, he took 1st place in the International Fingerstyle Competition (Winfield, Kansas), and, after a required hiatus, repeated the accomplishment in 2019.
He worked with the legendary Flying W Wranglers for 5 years and recently, for a few years, was an integral part of the fabulous Wirewood Station.
He has been active as a solo act as well as a popular music teacher locally.
Opening acts: John Spengler, Megan Mitchell
