Break-a-thon is an event where students, friends and family come together to give back to our community and demonstrate their board breaking talents to raise money for local nonprofit organizations. We accomplish this through board breaking, corporate sponsorships, a mystery wine pull, and an online silent auction.
Since 2006, U.S. Taekwondo Center students have raised over $500,000 for local non-profits through our Board Break-a-thon.
This year our goal is to raise $35,000 for Angels of America's Fallen.
This event is free and open to the public.
There will be a free bounce house, Taekwondo demonstrations, face painter, balloon artist, food, games and prizes.
That's not all!
We have something for everyone.
We'll have boarding breaking stations, Sponsor booths, a mystery wine pull and an online silent auction.
All funds collected at the event will go towards our $35,000 goal.
