Pilates is a complete movement system utilizing the whole body. It is designed to 

stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The systematic practice of the physical  movements coupled with the focused breathing patterns is a valuable practice for  fitness and health. Bonnie‚Äôs style of teaching is considered classical. She uses  systematic, sequential orders of exercises linked together seamlessly, creating  an enjoyable flow and ease of movement.

Bonnie has 13 years experience teaching the Pilates Method. She creates classes to meet the needs of each student and has taught large classes with 45  students down to small duet and private sessions. She adapts her classes to  meet the needs of the unconditioned person to the elite athlete and provides  modifications working up to the ideal form.
