Bonnie has 13 years experience teaching the Pilates Method. She creates classes to meet the needs of each student and has taught large classes with 45 students down to small duet and private sessions. She adapts her classes to meet the needs of the unconditioned person to the elite athlete and provides modifications working up to the ideal form.
