A follow-up to the Intro to Dynamic Aging Workshop, the Dynamic Aging Four-Week Movement Class Series will reinforce new ways of moving with the goal of aging in a way that allows you to do the things you love. Based upon the highly-rated book Dynamic Aging by Katy Bowman, the workshop and class series will include exercises and postural adjustments to restore movement, with a focus on healthy feet and better balance as well as tips for how to move and feel better in daily life.
